Darn, my camera’s battery died! I only had time to take 2 photos when my camera died on me. Plus, when it did, I had just realised I forgot to sprinkle the nuts on my pancake before to take my picture! Double darn! Oh well, this picture will have to do for now. I shall post a better pic when I do this meal again.
This is one of my favorite meals, I wouldn’t mind eating that once a week. It’s so simple. A buckwheat pancake stuffed with warm apples, slightly cooked with cinnamon (no sugar!) and cottage cheese, then topped with walnuts and a drizzle of buckwheat honey. YUM!
