Allright, time for another quick one.
This has got to be my favorite treat in the whole wide world. In fact, if I had to choose only one treat that I could eat for the rest of my life, that would be it. I could literally eat an entire pan of this. While I never actually tried it, I’m absolutely certain that I could do it. What’s there not to like? It’s sugar, more sugar, maple syrup, cream and butter. Sugar that just melts in your mouth. Love it.
This is the recipe I used. It’s in French though, so I will have to translate it, I guess. Will do that when I have a minute. The dogs are barking, someone is at the door. Our traditional Christmas eve gets celebrated today! Things get complicated when the kids start working…
