These are *almost* healthy. Let’s say they are a healthier choice, because of the oats and whole wheat flour that’s in them, but they also contain a lot of butter and dates are extremely high in sugar, which makes them extremely calorie dense. But hey, if you are going to have a treat, this is not a bad one.
So anyway, this is what I chose to make for my parents. I know they really love them and I thought they’d rather have that than any of the other stuff I’d been making. So I made them their own special treat. I came soooooo extremely close to burning them! What a disaster that would’ve been.
I hope they turned out allright!!! Guess I’ll find that out eventually! ;o)
