    Looks super…getting to ‘know’ quinoa and really like it. I made this one recently (http://tunathewonderfish.com/cookbook/recipe.php?id=35) which lists as feeding 16 but I think it is more like 4 (typo on their part). Yummy. At least in your recipe, fiber and protein values are excellent and fat is good for you avocado fat.
