Your pizza looks fabulous! After reading your post, I added in that you need to let the dough balls rise. That was my error. Sorry. I’m glad you pointed it out!

Thank you! :) Glad you like what I did with your recipe. Like I said, I figured… anything bread usually needs to rise. Plus, it would’ve been really hard to stretch it into a 12″ disk without leaving it to rest for a bit… Thank you for sharing the recipe in the first place, I really really like it. Do you know if it freezes well? I’m testing it anyway… guess I will find out soon! ;)

The picture is easy on the eyes! Makes me wish we had red pears at this time of the year here…sadly, no red pears. How do you think anjou pears would work?

I don’t see why they wouldn’t work… My only reason for choosing red was their beautiful color, but I think any other kind of pear would do the trick. :) Let me know how it turned out if you do give them a try ! :)

wow, beautiful site! Too funny, I have filed Carrie´s healthy pizza crust, too and can´t wait to try it. Your version with pears, walnuts and rocket sounds soooooo delicious, I love this combo!

Thank you Dani! :) Do yourself a favor and do give that crust a try! You’ll see, it’s so good, it’s hard to believe it’s 100% whole wheat!
