    Perfect in looks or not, it sure sounds delicious and you made it look great. I actually love the addition of the peppery fresh arugula, I bet it cuts some of the richness of all the cheese.

    I have wanted to make a savory cheesecake forever. I am printing recipes, right now. What I like about yours is the good amount of vegetables in it. I am all for healthy and we like vegetables of most sorts.

    I just made this and would suggest using a different recipe for the dough. It was very cardboard like and the flavor was not very good. Also worth mentioning is that the baking time was near an hour and a half. It was pretty good overall and I really like how you measure using grams, it helps in purchasing ingredients!
