    Yum! I’ve been wanting to make rolled lasagna like that!! I think it looks so beautiful. I’ve been making homemade pasta so I want to give it a try with that, but it doesn’t have the pretty edges :P

    Mmm! So good!

    I adapted it because I didn’t have any fresh dill (sad! I know) or a zester. I used the all-purpose dill mix from Pampered Chef (just because it was in my cupboard), added a bit of lemon juice, and used garlic-and-herb goat cheese.

    I was over the moon. So good! In the future, I think I’ll wrap up a piece of red or green leaf lettuce and omit the cream cheese as I found it heavy towards the end of the meal – I’m glad I made a salad as a side for a bit of crunch.

    At any rate – fantastic recipe that sent my brain spinning with all of the ways I could modify it. Thank you!
