Looks delicious. And very similar to how I make mine too. Sometimes, just for something different, I’ll add some chopped up water chestnuts. I love the crunch they give with the celery too :D

Yum! What a great light summer lunch. I usually some crunchy dill pickle to my tuna and maybe a slice of creamy avocado to the sandwich. Good fats right?! ;)

Love the photos…I too and a tuna fan, and always better on some thick, whole grain bread. I always throw in a splash of olive oil with my spread too, to add a little moisture that is missing when you boot the mayo. Isn’t Greek yogurt GREAT???!!!!

I love this idea and will try it this week. I hate, hate, hate mayo, but for tuna, egg, chicken salads, etc, it is a must. I have just started subbing fat free greek yogurt in place of mayo, so it was great to see this recipe, if all goes well and taste is good, I will use it for all my salad recipes!

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I have to agree….this is better than the mayonaise version!

This was a great sandwich. Thanks for the recipe.
I had come across another low calorie sandwich using low fat mayonnaise when to my horror i discovered it wasnt really that low fat since low fat mayonnaise has half a cup sugar and 2 eggs> what do u think ?
