    Thanks for this recipe. I had googled “corn fritter” and “whole wheat” together and we just enjoyed these tremendously, accompanied by homemade yellow pea soup.

    Not wanting to make another trip out today, I did a few substitutions, but the recipe was 95% as written and it’s a keeper.
