Oh, wow. I already have a finger-dipping problem when it comes to nut butter … you may just have escalated this to a full fledged obsession.

Mmmm, I love your take on this. Having recently bought a super posh powderful food processor, i’m having fun ‘testing it out’ with all sorts of fun things like this. may just have to give it a go!

What a smart idea! I always spill trail mix, cereal… basically anything little, all over the place when I’m eating on the go. Does this go on bread, fruit, or just fingers?

    ;)

I have never tried making my own nut butter, but it sounds so interesting and I do love me some peanut butter. This recipe sounds so…I don’t know, interesting with all of those different flavors mixed into it.

I’m all about textures – a little bit of grittiness to something typically smooth can be a great thing. That’s why this sounds so wonderful to me!

This. Was. Awesome. To die for even. I made it on Wednesday and it’s almost half gone already (it’s Friday night)! Soooo yummy! Same story as you, it hasn’t quite made it to bread or anything yet. Just fingers and spoons! Though I have had it with yoghurt and fresh fruit and it was fab!

Oh dear! I just discovered your blog and my life may never be the same. Since my processor is my mother’s and over 20 years old, I’m also going to need ear plugs. I can’t wait to make all of these delicious nut butters.

Hi Sonia, I have been looking at your nut butter recipes. They sound divine. I love to try new & different recipes. These sound like winners. I notice a “g” as measurement for the nuts & cranberries. How much is “g”? I am not familiar with this. Can you help a rookie out? Thanks Cynthia
