    Those are so pretty! They look great. I LOVE ricotta. I once had a ricotta phase as big as the greek yogurt phase!

    Oh how I wish my kitchen wasn’t packed up in boxes – I’d be whipping up these cute tartlettes right about now!!! The crust could totally be de-glutenized to suit my needs too! Yum :)

    I’ve just made those, I’ve added shredded courgette to the mix as seemed to me like too few veg. In the end the juices from onion, courgette and cheese proved to be too much and ended up too watery. In the future I’d add less onion, and pre-fry it slightly (it had too much of an oniony taste), and perhaps bake the shredded courgette a bit too (to get rid of the moisture). The crust was absolutely yummy and crunchy though – loved it!
