I would eat this salad anytime. It looks gorgeous. Such vibrant colors.
Btw, you come over as such a human person on your blog, so don’t worry about that. I almost get the feeling I know you personally, and I can visualize me sitting in your kitchen watching you preparing your dishes. Well done and keep it up. It makes me come back for every single post.

Delish! That is what I call a salad. The vinaigrette sounds great too. :)

That looks amazing! Yes, a strange combination of so many things, but I love how vibrant it is! And it does look delicious, especially with that citrus! And I definitely do the same thing – I have way too many veggies in my fridge right now. Which is a good thing, but still. I went a little crazy at the grocery store. I usually do pretty good maintaining my grocery budget but this week it just went right out the window! Oh well. Just as a side note, thanks for linking to the video for the method to supreme citrus. I just did that the other day for a recipe but could NOT think of what it was called.

What incredible colors in this salad! Beautiful photos and so lively!
I am often guilty of not having a plan for my meals – I used to plan everything out and I guess I got lazy? I wind up making only one thing I planned on with a bunch of random ingredients that I piece together — I would save $ if I planned ahead like you usually do!
