    That looks fantastic and as fate would have it; I recently received a lovely package containing some matcha from my dear friend Kate. Matcha is hard to find here so I’ve been waiting for something to make with them and this looks delicious!!

    Oooh, so pretty! I actually just tried a persimmon for the first time last year, but I must have eaten it at the wrong time, it wasn’t very good :( I really should give them another try. Loving your matcha ideas – I really need to get some!
