    that is quite the portion. Would all those vegetables really plus those shrimp really add up to almost 500 calories?

    Well, as addictions go, I’d say this is a pretty safe one ;-) . This dish reminds me a lot of chirashi sushi – one of my favourites too! Hard to beat Japanese cuisine generally for its health properties. What gorgeous styling you’ve done here Sonia and those bowls – wow!

    I have a huge thing for asian food too, its just the flavor and texture or something i cant resist it. Anytime there is a healthy asian dish without compromise in a flavor i will gladly take it. I will be book marking your recipe :)
