This looks warming and delicious. I love the addition of artichoke hearts and sundried tomato in this version. I agree, lasagna is the ultimate comfort food and with ingredients like this, why not!

Oooh, now that looks like comfort food! Yum!! I’ve been dreaming of lasagna lately but I don’t want to do just normal, plain lasagna, I want to do something exciting like this. It sounds fantastic! Mmm!

    This recipe looks so delicious!
We really like how you have created a lasagna that is healthy and looks so good. Adding the nuts was also a great idea to add a different texture.
We used artichoke hearts in our lasagna recipe along with spinach. It’s in our lasagna cookbook, Lenora’s Lasagna. You’re welcome to check out our website @ http://www.lenoraslasagna.com. You make like a lasagna recipe we have and add your own personal touches to make it your own. Happy lasagna cooking!
