    I love how the red from the potato comes shining through in this salad and all of your thoughtful inclusions (the nutmeg has my toes curling ;-) ). What a gorgeous recipe Sonia – I’ll say you lived up to your reputation as the mashed/smashed potato Queen alright! :) .

    I actually make a very similar potato salad with red potatoes but use toasted cashews instead of the walnuts.
    Our traditional Christmas potato is roasted, along with the turkey.
