    Before I try to cook the soups you use yogurt in, that look so delicious, can you taste the yogurt? I have tried even smoothies and you can still taste the Greek yogurt. I don’t like yogurt. I am trying to lose weight. Don’t really want to eat any meat. But it’s very difficult for me, because I am not a big vegetable eater. Although I am trying.

    Pear does amazing things to soup. A gentle, fresh sweetness. And look how pretty your version is – all dressed up and chalk-full of goodness. I like the yogurt/egg combo here for protein and I can imagine how tasty your seasonings are (the anise is so cool!). Very pretty photos Sonia.
