wow this looks great! We don’t have thinly sliced beef for Chinese fondue readily available here, but I have an eye of round in the freezer, or I could use the shameful Steakum, which was a staple for me growing up, as my mom just wasn’t a cook. The whole grain naan looks like the same stuff I get at – unbelievably-my local Wal-mart, which usually has nothing good or interesting (whine whine whine). I live in a rural area where white bread is the most popular starch consumed and fries are the veg of choice.

    definitely gonna try this!

    Hi Sonia,

This pizza looks YUMMY and amazing! I like your idea for using greek yogurt and mustard on the naan bread. I don’t have a naan bread at home but I just made whole wheat sourdough pizza dough! I will definitely try this recipe sometime soon! Thanks for sharing :-)

    Hi Sonia ,
I recently found out the I have type 2 diabeties and the other night my 22 year old son was watching me test my blood sugar. He asked me to check his just out of curiosity , and it was 375!!!!! Of course as his mother I wanted to bring him to the emergency room and him being 22 , was going to have none of that. Now he is going through the process of mourning the foods he loves and cheese steak is something he really loves. I saw this recipe and thought that this might satisfy his desire for the two million calorie normal version. I was wondering what the serving size is for the nutritional facts that are listed. Thank you !!!!

I love this idea! The addition of arugula and sprouts is just so wonderful too. Making this the next time we have some leftover steak or roast! I’ll probably add some grilled onions as well. Yum!
