    I have portobello mushrooms that I was planning to cook tomorrow. I will follow this recipe – this mushroom ragout looks delish! I am sure it will work with Portobello too.

    This actually looks divine! I love mushrooms too and I find myself stuffing them into everything I can or better yet – stuffing giant portobellos with everything I can! Going to try this recipe :-)
