Banana, Date and Walnut Muffins

As part of my Protein Bar Replacement Experiment, I really like to make those to bring to work as an afternoon snack. They contain no sugar whatsoever, other than that from the whey protein and fruits.

Their taste is really good, but still, I’m not 100% satisfied with the results that I am getting. Still, they don’t look so bad! I only wish they weren’t that shiny! I guess it’s from all the egg whites.

Well, at least, they serve their purpose. Here’s a snack I really look forward to enjoying in the afternoon!
