Looks like this is turning into a daily food diary! I’m really liking this. Please bear with me as my equipment is pretty minimalist and my ligthing really sucks, but I am trying to make the best out of what I have.

Tonight we had Chicken a la king served on toast. Yes, it’s possible to prepare this in a healthy way. I used only chicken breasts, vegetable stock, whole wheat flour, 1% milk and a tiny little bit of corn starch.
