Broccoli and Sharp Cheddar Soup! Topped with a few Walnuts. So easy to make, and so good for you too! One of my favorites. And that little Multigrain bun complements it absolutely perfectly.

Squash! That’s what’s for supper tonight…
Second batch was Apple, Cottage Cheese and Walnuts. I used half Buckwheat and Half Whole Wheat flour, which gives the bar a really subtle taste of Buckwheat. That was is a winner, nice and dense, just the way I like them.
I made two batches of mini protein breads today. The first one is Cranberry, Orange and Almonds. They turned out pretty great… Nice and fluffy that one!
Enoki mushrooms and other fresh vegetables (ok, ok, the baby corns aren’t fresh, I admit, but they’re hard to come across in the fresh form, you know…) All ready to go into that fried (without the fried part) rice.
Chicken Fried Rice! That’s what was on the menu tonight. Although, technically, it was not fried. I cooked it in a non-stick pan, using no more than a tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil.
