Butternut Squash, Pear and Chestnut Salad
Serves: Serves 6-8

The Dressing
  1. In a large bowl, add all the indredients for the salad and set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, add all the ingredients for the dressing. Mix well with a whisk and pour over the salad.
  3. Toss delicately until well combined.
  4. Serve immediately or leave in the fridge for a few hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container, this salad will keep well for 4-5 days.
