Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

  • Additional milk
  • plain Greek yogurt
  • Half pecans
  • Dash of cinnamon
  1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl; in a separate container, combine all the wet ingredient and mix well with a fork or whisk until well combined.
  2. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix with a spoon until well combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight before serving.
  4. When ready to eat, add a little bit more milk, if desired, and garnish with a dollop of yogurt and pecans, and hit with a dash of ground cinnamon.
