Low fat cream cheese, asparagus, smoked salmon, a few thin slices of red onions, alfalfa sprouts, Boston lettuce leaves, a few capers on a Multigrain bread, served with raw carrots and zucchini, julienned.
That was yesterday’s supper. Again, pizza made healthy. Whole grain pizza dough topped with tomato sauce, low fat mozzarrella cheese, oven roasted butternut squash, sage, goat cheese and walnuts. More pics!
