Instructions
Add the walnuts to the bowl of your food processor and reduce them to a coarse meal.
Next, add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and process on pulse until a moist, dough-like mixture forms.
With the help of a small ice cream scoop, form balls of 1" in diameter; Roll them between the palms of your hands to shape perfectly round balls.
Roll the balls in cacao powder, hemp seeds or almond flour.
Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to a month or up to 4 months in the freezer.
