125gthinly sliced lean beeffor Chinese fondue
50glight Mozzarella cheesegrated
A handful of fresh arugula leaves
A handful of fresh sproutsI used daikon
Preheat your oven to 475F
In a hot non-stick pan, cook the mushrooms until they are slightly golden on both sides, about 2 minutes total. Remove from pan and set aside.
While the mushrooms are cooking, pile your slices of beef into 2 or 3 piles and slice them into thin strips. Seperate the strips and throw them in the pan after you have removed the mushrooms. Cook the meat until it becomes nice and golden, about 2-3 minutes.
Meanwhile, spread yogurt and mustard on top of the naan bread and sprinkle za'atar all over.
Add the mushrooms, cooked beef and finally, grated cheese.
Throw your pizza on a cookie sheet and cook it in the oven for about 5 minutes, until the cheese melts and starts to turn golden.
Sprinkle arugula and sprouts over your pizza, cut into slices and enjoy while it's still hot!
