Ingredients

fennel bulb
thinly sliced
¼
of a medium red onion
thinly sliced
Half the leaves of the fennel bulb
roughly chopped
¼
tsp
salt
Pinch
pepper and fennel seeds

tsp
white wine vinegar
½
tsp
olive oil
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Serve immediately and garnish with additional fennel leaves, if desired.
