Quick and Easy Dairy Free Eggnog – Recipe out of Real Life Paleo

Ingredients

almond milk

full fat coconut milk

pure maple syrup

pure vanilla extract (or make your own

tsp
ground Ceylon cinnamon

tsp
freshly grated nutmeg
1/8
tsp
ground allspice
4
large pastured egg yolks
Instructions
In a
blender
or
food processor
, process all the ingredients on high speed for 2 minutes, until the egg yolks are fully incorporated.
Serve chilled with freshly grated nutmeg on top.
