  2. Serve immediately, or place in the fridge for a few hours to allow flavors to meld.
  3. This salad loses its freshness rather quickly so I can't recommend making it ahead of time.

Recipe Notes

*Plan on using a large cantaloupe if you are going to do melon balls, as you will produce more "waste". If you go the cube route, a small to medium melon should suffice.
