Tonight, we went to see the final chapter of Harry Potter’s story, to conclude the “marathon” that we had started 4 days ago. I have now finally seen all the HP movies, in the right order, one immediately (or almost…) after the other.

When I got out of the movie theater, I was starving (it was going on 10pm and I hadn’t had supper) and I almost gave in to stopping at a nearby restaurant to indulge in a nice, juicy hamburger. My good and evil sides battled it out for a while and good finally took this one.

When I got home, however, I was still hungry and looked for something super quick and easy to fill me up a bit. I decided to go for instant noodles, only in a healthier version than the ones found in packages or paper cups!

I simply brought some water to the boil, added some thin rice noodles, removed from heat, added miso, cut asparagus, cut green onions and a few slices of leftover turkey from Christmas (yes, I still have some of that!).

Voilà! This was absolutely delicious. Now I need to find those noodles in a brown version. I am pretty sure they exist. They have to!
