As soon as I was done working out this morning, I started cooking for Christmas and finished only at 9 tonight. Needless to say I didn’t feel like cooking supper after that. Besides, I wasn’t really hungry, as I spent the entire day tasting this and tasting that, and, for some reason, even if I don’t really eat all that much while cooking, the constant sight and smell of food tends to make me feel like I’ve done nothing but eat and kind of suppresses my appetite.

So this is what I had for supper. That very salad is what I have for lunch every single weekday. Just like that. No dressing, nothing. The cottage cheese sort of plays that role. Of course, I vary the vegetables, but that’s roughly what it looks like. Fresh!
