I don’t usually post on Friday nights because, well, I don’t get home until quite late in the evening and will usually just grab a fruit or a light snack when I get home.
But tonight, I had a real craving for sauted vegetables, namely Broccoli and Bean Sprouts. So I made myself an Express Shrimp Teryiaki. I took maybe 10 minutes to put this meal together and let me tell you, it really hit the spot. I will write down the recipe tomorrow.
For now, time to hit the sack!
