Smoked Salmon Pizza

Not exactly low cal, but still extremely healthy! Pizza that doesn’t even qualify as cheating. I’m all for that!

This one starts with a whole grain pizza crust (made with whole wheat flour, spelt flour and oats) and is topped with cottage cheese and low fat mozzarella as well as a few rings of red onion before to hit the oven.

When it comes out of the oven, top with Smoked Salmon, Arugula, Capers, Fresh Dill, and a few more onion rings.

Just look at that crust!

Cut into slices and enjoy!
