Spicy Pumpkin Smoothie
Looks like I’ve REALLY been lovin’ on smoothies lately. Guess you’ve kind of noticed…
Surprisingly enough, though, I hadn’t even made a pumpkin version yet.
Well, let me tell you, once I got that can of pumpkin puree opened up, I’ve been enjoying one of those babies every single day for the entire week!
Do I really need to tell you just how good it tastes?
I thought not…
Really, the name says it all! 😉

Major smoothie kick! I’m trying all sorts of different things. I also have a delicious “Juicy Pear” coming up, as well as an “Apple Cranberry” Yummers!
Thanks for your super nice comment, once again. I really oughta pay a visit to your site, I’m like 5 posts behind… all in my inbox. I’ll try and drop by today! 😀
Such a wonderfully healthy shake!! Perfect for the season 🙂
Sonia- I’m curious about the smoothie. What does it actually taste like? And can one nix the egg whites?
Felicia, I wouldn’t see why you couldn’t omit the egg whites, really. As for the taste? Well, other than to say it tastes like sweet, spicy pumpkin, I don’t really know how to describe it. Guess the best way to find out is to try it for yourself! 😉
