    gotta try and lose 5 pounds and that means making some healthier food choices :) gonna try these bran muffins and see if my unsophisticated, sugar-addicted palate can adjust to healthy. :)

    Indeed! We have to be very conscious of what we eat…For those who want their muffin sweeter, how about caramel on top or choco icing…Whew! Great!
